If, for any reason, we have fallen short of your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our absolute best to work with you to make sure you are entirely satisfied. 

 

Inquiries and requests are evaluated and responded to within 48 business days by a member of our team.

We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we process it with your consent. We only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with UParent. We do not sell information to third parties, and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes. No matter where you are, where you live, or what your citizenship is, we provide the same standard of privacy protection to all our users, regardless of their country of orgin or location.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We hate to see you go!  Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. When you are ready to come back, we will be here for you!

To cancel your subscriptions, please submit a written request to info@uparentplaybook.com

REFUND POLICY

Once a subscription starts, clients are ineligible to receive a refund for any payments that have already been made. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the Cancellation Policy. You will have access to the subscription and your services until the end of the period that has been paid for.
